Rspca SA is celebrating 150yrs help Johnny say thankyou!

Johnny came into my life when I was 18, and without even realising it, he completely changed it. He's been there through every milestone, every challenge and every adventure, always by my side with the same wagging tail and unconditional love.

Like many rescue dogs, Johnny had a difficult start to life, but you'd never know it from the dog he is today. Watching him grow into the happy, confident and affectionate boy he is has shown me just how much a second chance can mean.

He's more than just a pet he's my best mate, my biggest comfort after a hard day, and the reason I believe every rescue dog deserves the opportunity to be loved. If sharing our story encourages even one person to adopt, foster or support a rescue, then it's worth telling.
